MLS Residential Listing

Instructions: Make sure you have chosen the correct setup forms from the Listing Setup Page. Click on the steps below to complete and submit each section of the listing process. After you have completed all of the steps, allow 1 business day to email your listing agreement. After all signatures are completed we will activate your listing on the MLS.

      Because of the Covid pandemic, sellers can offer the option to live stream a walkthrough of the home using services like FaceTime or other live video options. This is not required but helpful to offer if you can.

    • PHOTO UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

      The maximum number of photos is 40. You should prepare your photos before submitting them, as they can be no larger than 5MB each and must be in .JPG format. If you need to reduce the size of your images visit https://tinypng.com and compress them to a smaller file. Edit your photo files and rename in the following format example: Photo-01, Photo-02, Photo-03 so they can be placed in the correct order.
