Realtor.com announced today the NEW social media “Sharing” feature for listings.
You can now easily share your listing with friends, family, and others by simply clicking the “share” button located at the top right corner of your listing. Sharing options include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg, MySpace, Google, and other popular sites!
In our opinion, this super cool feature is long overdue, and we are glad to see Realtor.com has finally incorporated it into their listings.
Short Sale Tips For Sellers

Home buyer tax credit details 09-10
Congress has extended and expanded the home buyer tax credit for 2009-2010, which is great news for sellers and buyers!
The modifications in the column labeled “December 1 – April 30, 2010” became effective when President Obama signed the bill. All changes made to the current credit become effective on that date, as well.
