Listingbook Property Manager
Listingbook is an online tool for sellers listed on the Greater Fairfield County MLS. With our Listingbook Property Manager, we’ll link your listing to either an existing Listingbook account or create a new account. You should know that only the listing broker (that’s us) can link your listing to an account.
Once we set up and “Link” your listing to your account, you’ll be able to view your listing, track your competition, view statistics, get daily email reports, manage your showings online, search properties in your area, and much more!
Listingbook.com is an awesome tool for Fairfield County sellers that will help you to make educated marketing decisions based on information about your competition.

The Listingbook 7 Day Featured Ad is available ONLY to Fairfield MLS clients. We now have the ability to "Feature" your home on Listingbook in the "Top Spot" of the search results pages for subscribers with search criteria similar to your home. Your 7 days start the same day we enter it. Run your add for a couple of week and see how it works! View Features » 
Listingbook Open House
The Listingbook Open House advertising is available ONLY to Fairfield MLS clients. We now have the ability to post your open house the Listingbook service! This 7 day ad needs to be in by Wed! Email alerts will go out on Thursday prior to the open house to all Listingbook subscribers whose search criteria is setup similar to your home. View Features »
