Extend Your Connecticut Listing Term

Is your listing coming up for expiration? You can extend the listing term by simply competing the form to the right and purchasing more time. We’ll update the MLS with your new end date and send you a confirmation once we’ve completed it.

Your listing extension must be received by the end of business day on or before the last day of your current listed term. Once the listing expires we can not longer extend it or honor our special pricing.

Please Note: If you extend your listing term it will not “reset” the “days on market” (DOM), and it will not show up as a “new” listing. It will simply add more time to the end of your listing.
