Pro Yard Sign and Postpurchase
Our Pro Yard Sign includes a plastic corrugated panel which is customized with your phone number using vinyl numbers, and hung on a sturdy white wooden post installed by our sign vendor. NOTE: You’re only renting the post, you will not own it.
Realtors Combo Lock Boxpurchase
The lock box is a device which holds keys to the home. Homes that have a lock box are easier to show, so your home may get shown more often. If at all possible, you should put a lock box on your home for easier showing.
Basic Yard Signpurchase
Our basic yard sign fits into a standard 18×24 sign frame which is available from any Lowe’s or Home Depot for about $15. Add your phone number to the panel by using vinyl lettering or thick marker.
2nd MLS Systempurchase
If your home is near the Fairfield County/New Haven County line or the Fairfield County/Litchfield County line, we strongly recommend adding your listing to BOTH MLS systems. This way you’ll be sure that all agents using either MLS system will have access to view your listing.
Rental Listing (Add-On)purchase
Considering the option to rent your home? Why not list it for rent while you are trying to sell it! Our rental add-on will give you a separate listing on the MLS under the “homes for rent” section, as well as a separate listing on Realtor.com.
Buyers and renters will be able to find your home for rent using the “Rentals” and home for sale using the “Homes for Sale” search options. Having a separate rental listing is the best way to expose it to the most renters online!

(Note: Fairfield MLS listings do not go on Trulia or CTReal.com)

The Listingbook Open House advertising is available to Fairfield MLS clients. This 7 day advertising targets matched buyers on Listingbook with your home. Email alerts go out on Thursday prior to the open house to all Listingbook subscribers whose search criteria matches. NOTE: This INCLUDES the Public Open House.
Brokers Open Houseview pricing
The Broker Open House is posted ONLY on the MLS, so brokers in your area will know about it. We suggest that you plan 10 days in advance and post your ad early so it’s online for at least 1 week before. Generally these are held on either a Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00 – 2:00, however Fairfield County has their own schedule. Download Schedule Here »
